Ran six miles indoors today. Average mile- 6:32.
Liked having to accelerate at last three laps, per Roche's direction. Made me push.

Hey Rob,
I did 4.5 today. And get this sh*t, I did it on a Mother Truckin' Dreadmill!!! Dude, I can't tell you the last time I was on a dreadmill. It lived up to the name I've given these diabolical machines. The one saving grace is that Jody was on the dreadmill next to me, so it was as bad.
